 - Strong knowledge of construction management, technical skills, methodology, materials, and regulations of terminal facilities, including storage tanks, pipelines, marine systems, and safety protocols.
 - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 - Good command in English (Minimum 600 TOEIC score).
 - Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.
