IT Support Specialist
atHeroleads (Thailand) Co., Ltd.- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Partner with various teams including security, networking and infrastructure.
- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
- Establishing a good working relationship with other departments such as software developers
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Documentation: Documenting the processes and workflows conducted on the job
- IT Inventory management: Keeping track of hardware stock and manage order planning
- Thai nationality only, Male or female age not over 35 years is prefer
- At least 2 years of work experience in IT support or related field
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field of study
- Having experience in HTML, CSS coding and website development.
- Be a team player and have excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Good command in Thai and English
- Willing to work in international working environment
- Good service mind, self-motivated, highly responsible
