About the role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales and Rental Agent to join our team in Vadhana, Bangkok. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in building client relationships, identifying property opportunities, and facilitating successful transactions in the competitive real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients for buying, selling, leasing, or renting properties.
• Conduct market research to provide clients with insights on property values and trends.
• Prepare and present property listings, market reports, and investment proposals.
• Negotiate terms and agreements for property sales and leases on behalf of clients.
• Facilitate property viewings and highlight key features to potential buyers or tenants.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and property listings.
• Collaborate with legal and property professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transaction progress.
• Stay updated on local property regulations and compliance requirements.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent.
• Strong knowledge of the Bangkok property market and current trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in English and Thai; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Clean driving license and reliable transport (preferred).
• Experience in commercial property sales or leasing is advantageous.
