- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate financial statements, produce long-term business plans, and conduct variance analysis to support business decisions
- Loan, treasury and investment document management.
- Finance-related data entry to SAP system, or any other system as designated.
- Liaising with head office to procure loan sources and/or other financial instruments as well as negotiating with financial institutions to get low financial costs under the best terms and conditions.
- Liaising with head office to manage loan agreement, including but not limited to term loan, project finance loan, trade finance, A/R Financing, Factoring, or any other type of debt financing transactions to be designated in order to ensure confidence that the company is in compliance with the requirement under the loan agreements and can make the loan drawdown, pay back the principle, interest, and dividend in a timely manner.
- Liaising with head office to review and manage financial models of the project/company to update actual performance as well as to prepare financial analysis on various assigned scenarios.
- Liaising with head office to prepare financial information for BOD/ Shareholders/ Bankers.
- Liaising with head office to participate in financial risk management, short-term investment plan on the excess cash and the preparation of the annual budget as well as controlling the use of the construction budget of the assigned project on specified budget.
Accounting
- Accounting Operations: Manage the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and month-end/year-end close processes
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Monitor and establish budgets, analyze cash flow, and forecast future financial needs
- Tax & Compliance: Enforce proper accounting principles and manage corporate tax returns, audits, and local statutory requirements.
- Monitoring and analyzing the accounting data and preparing and reviewing the managerial report.
- Working with external auditor for on time audited financial statement.
- Managing and controlling assigned tasks according to accounting principles and related Laws.
- Improving systems and procedures and initiating corrective actions.
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in finance and accounting or related fields.
- Experience in SAP and CPA would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of full TFRS is required.
- Good basic tax knowledge.
- Experience in project finance is required.
- Good financial planning and financial model knowledge.
- Experience in gas and infrastructure & utilities would be an advantage.
- Good leadership skills with strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Good team management skills to bring the team together and align in the right direction.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 600 TOEIC score).
- Ability to use MS office (For MS Excel-using formulas).
- Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
