- Problem analysis and continual improvement in IT system
- Helpdesk Assistant in D365 Basic support & software installation, network and hardware configuration, and troubleshooting
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Testing new technology
- Training users
- Provide the quarterly and yearly report
คุณสมบัติ
- จบป.ตรีสาขา computer science , IT business , computer engineer, หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง(ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้(CEFR A2-B1)
- สามารถทำงานนิคมลำพูนได้
- สามารถบริหารเวลาและจัดลำดับความสำคัญงานได้ดี
- เป็นคนละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีทักษะสื่อสารที่ดี
