• Sr.Account Manager(SAM) is the day-to-day point of contact within the agency liaising with clients and managing tasks through the internal system. SAM assures a smooth working process internally and nurtures relationships with clients. Also SAM is responsible for proactively driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, executing strategic targeting, and engaging potential clients through various outreach methods, including cold calling, inbound marketing initiatives, and personalized client engagement.
• Design and oversee high-impact performance marketing campaigns specifically focused on Lead Generation using Google Ads (Search/Display) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Analyze campaign data daily to identify trends, optimize budgets, and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) while maximizing conversion quality.
• Manage creative projects including social media content, creative development, and KOL/Influencer campaigns across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and client teams to deliver campaigns that align with brand objectives and business goals.
• Oversee content schedules, production timelines, and KOL execution to ensure quality delivery on time and within budget.
• Proactively drive new business growth by engaging potential clients who need robust our marketing solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a strong portfolio of Lead Generation campaigns (Google Ads & Meta Ads are musts).
• Strong with numbers: Ability to calculate, forecast, and explain metrics like Margin, Markup, CTR, CVR, and CPA fluently.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and managing media budgets effectively.
• Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Business English proficiency is preferred.
