Your role

• Create exceptional guest experiences by delivering the high standards of service, hospitality and operational excellence that define the Etihad Lounge experience, while supporting the achievement of OGSM and NPS targets

• Support lounge performance by identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction, drive ancillary revenue and deliver seamless service throughout the guest journey

• Be the face of Etihad in the lounge, welcoming guests as an EY Host and providing personalized support across reception, concierge and hospitality services

• Ensure smooth daily operations by maintaining accurate pre-flight and post-flight reports, completing shift administration and keeping lounge systems up to date

• Work closely with lounge partners to maintain a premium environment, ensuring service standards are consistently met, and any issues are quickly resolved

• Engage with guests to understand their needs, create memorable interactions and continuously improve the lounge experience

• Minimum age of 21 at the time of application

• High school certificate

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an airline, premium lounge or hotel customer service & hospitality role

• Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level or above)

• Positive, confident, flexible and approachable attitude

• High standard of personal grooming, presentation and professionalism
