and work with industry-leading plastics recycling systems across Thailand and Southeast Asia. This hands-on, customer-facing role combines machine commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, technical support, and after-sales activities. Engineers with an electrical background will have the opportunity to expand their expertise across both electrical and mechanical systems while supporting customer projects, service operations, and spare parts business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and optimize EREMA recycling machinery at customer sites.

Troubleshoot electrical, automation, and control system issues.

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and service activities.

Support machine upgrades, retrofits, and process improvements.

Provide technical support both remotely and on-site.

Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance as required.

Conduct customer training on machine operation and maintenance.

Identify customer spare parts requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

Prepare and follow up spare parts and service quotations.

Coordinate technical issues and spare parts matters with EREMA headquarters.

Travel regularly throughout Thailand and within Southeast Asia.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.

Experience in industrial machinery, automation, manufacturing equipment, maintenance, or technical service.

Knowledge of PLCs, industrial controls, drives, motors, and sensors.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good command of Thai and English.

Customer-focused attitude and willingness to travel frequently.

Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage.
