• 2 งานสนับสนุนระหว่างการติดตั้ง.
• ให้คำแนะนำวิธีการติดตั้ง การเชื่อมต่อ และการตั้งค่าระบบ Solar Inverter.
• สนับสนุน Installer หรือ SI ในการ Commissioning ระบบ.
• ตรวจสอบปัญหาหน้างานผ่านภาพถ่าย วิดีโอ Remote Support หรือ On-site Support ตามความจำเป็น.
• ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการติดตั้งเบื้องต้น.
• ประสานงานกับทีมขาย ทีมบริการ และ Supplier ในกรณีที่ต้องใช้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม.
• 3 งานบริการหลังการขายและแก้ไขปัญหา.
• รับแจ้งปัญหาทางเทคนิคจาก Dealer, Installer, SI และลูกค้า.
• วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา เช่น Error Code, Fault, Communication Issue, Battery Issue หรือ Monitoring Issue.
• แก้ไขปัญหาผ่านโทรศัพท์ LINE Email Remote Monitoring หรือ On-site Support.
• จัดทำรายงานปัญหา วิธีแก้ไข และสถานะการดำเนินงาน.
• ประสานงานเรื่องเคลมสินค้า Warranty และการส่งเคสให้ Supplier หรือ Principal.
• ติดตามผลหลังการแก้ไข เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าลูกค้าสามารถใช้งานได้ตามปกติ.
• 4 งานอบรมและพัฒนาคู่ค้า.
• จัดอบรมสินค้าและการติดตั้งให้กับ Dealer, Installer และ SI.
• จัดทำคู่มือการใช้งาน คู่มือการแก้ไขปัญหา FAQ และเอกสาร Technical Guide.
• สนับสนุนการจัด Workshop หรือ Product Training ร่วมกับทีมขายและ Supplier.
• ถ่ายทอดความรู้สินค้าใหม่ให้ทีมภายในบริษัท.
• 5 งานเอกสารและระบบข้อมูล.
• บันทึกข้อมูลปัญหา เคสบริการ และประวัติการแก้ไขในระบบหรือแบบฟอร์มที่บริษัทกำหนด.
• จัดทำ Technical Report, Service Report, Site Visit Report และ Warranty Claim Report.
• รวบรวมปัญหาที่พบซ้ำเพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงสินค้า กระบวนการ หรือการอบรม.
• จัดเก็บเอกสาร Spec Sheet, Manual, Certificate และข้อมูลทางเทคนิคให้เป็นระบบ.
• เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุประมาณ 25-40 ปี.
• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีหรือ ปวส. สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า พลังงาน อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง.
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Solar Cell, Solar Inverter, Battery Storage หรือระบบไฟฟ้าอย่างน้อย 2 ปี.
• มีความเข้าใจระบบไฟฟ้า AC/DC, Single Phase, Three Phase และอุปกรณ์ Protection.
• อ่านแบบไฟฟ้า Single Line Diagram ได้.
