Job Description:
Scope of this Role:
The role requires the ability to effectively apply tools, methodologies, and frameworks in the following OD capabilities: Ability to conduct organizational needs assessments utilizing data-based methodologies, identify critical issues, root causes, assess client needs, and recommend, design and/or implement appropriate solutions and interventions; effectively handles and manages resistance to achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
To diagnose and configure structure or delayer structure to reflect organization's strategy, business model and value chain to driving company towards High Performance.
To develop functional descriptions.
To handle "roles and responsibilities project" that increased value beyond job description (translate organization's objective into requirement: role, responsibility, competency, job family, and output from each role).
Forward-looking workforce management for business growth, new talent acquisition, and management of outsourced third-party services; and also define talent who can expand potential to do dual role.
To ensure the achievement of transformation change, work closely with all DTGO's member to
facilitate communication the key change of organization development scope. And act as a change agent in providing the support and mechanism to implement major changes to the operations of the
business.
To initiate HR special projects related to organization effectiveness, capability development and ensure effective implementation
