Job Description:
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any related fields, Master's Degree in Human Resources would be an advantage
At least 10 years of strong experience in Compensation and Benefits.
Experience in Compensation and Benefits , Reward & Recognition in Real Estate business would be a plus
Professional in negotiating and convincing others.
Good command of English language, computer literate
Result orientation, positive attitude, adaptable/flexible, initiative, and well-organized.
Ability to work under pressure.
Roles and Responsibilities
Designs the set of different compensation and benefits policies.
Leads the compensation planning and review process,which includes creating guideline on benchmark data.
Coordinates compensation process like the salary planning, bonus planning and incentive schemes development.
Manages and develops Compensation and Benefits team.
Manages the daily of all benefit plans,reconcile issues and audit the compensation and benefit system for accuracy.
