Primary duty (60%) – Project Management

-          Generate engineering drawings related to the project development including P&ID, single line diagram, 3D reviews, etc.,

-          Generate and get customers endorsed on the project schedule,

-          Work closely with construction contractors to manage works within committed schedule,

-          Develop specifications for the project's needed equipment and materials,

-          Analyze and compare technical specifications as well as the cost of each material to optimize the cost of the construction,

Secondary duty (40%) – Machine Service Management

-          Own and develop machine database to support maintenance and project development work,

-          Deeply understand technical knowledge about washing machine and drying machine,

-          Develop engineering/technical work procedures to minimize risks, downtime, and ineffective manhours,

-          Be responsible for all technical/engineering-related issues including but not limited to technical inquiries during pre-sales, and post-sales period, technical issues during a store operation, etc.,

-          Manage a team of service technicians to complete maintenance/troubleshooting tasks both planned and unplanned,

-          Generate/manage maintenance schedule for all Browny stores,

-          Willing to answer an emergency phone call out of office hours.

Qualifications

-          Hyperactive and multitasking.

-          Love planning and managing multi resources both internal manpower and outsourced contractors.

-          Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

-          Experience in repairing washing machine/drying machine will be a big plus.

-          Strong leadership skills and management skills.

-          Strong interpersonal and communication skills with various-background stakeholders, i.e. clients, construction workers, construction foreman, contractors, etc.

-          Willing to travel to project sites nationwide (80%)
