You will be actively approaching and acquiring new clients along with managing existing client relationships. What does the “Day to Day” Look Like?

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through tailored people and organizational development solutions
• Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship development
• Develop existing accounts by identifying new business needs and opportunities for expansion
• Engage HR leaders, business leaders, and key decision-makers to understand their priorities and challenges
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey, from initial consultation and solution development to implementation and follow-up
• Collaborate with trainers, consultants, and internal teams to ensure effective delivery and strong client outcomes
• Stay current with industry trends, business challenges, and emerging practices in leadership, sales, communication, and people development
• Consistently deliver sustainable revenue and achieve individual business targets

What experience do I need?

• Up to 5 years of experience in business development, consultative sales, account management, business analysis, consulting, or other client-facing roles is an advantage
• Experience in professional services, consulting, learning and development, HR solutions, or B2B services is preferred but not required
• Fresh Graduate Welcome
