Responsibilities:

• Bidding Participate in project tendering and provide required information for proposal preparation.

• Project Management

• Oversee project delivery, ensuring safety, cost, quality, and schedule targets are met.

• Work with Prime Contract in contractual/commercial management.

• Coordinate critical project workflows and manage interactions between departments.

• Interface with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.

• Regularly review lessons learned and apply them to current projects.

• Coordination and Control

• Lead regular project meetings with clients.

• Ensure proper project planning and resource allocation.

• Review cost and schedule progress reports, working with Project Control Manager to meet project goals.

• General Management

• Resolve conflicts and ensure smooth project execution.

• Empower the project team and make decisions to clarify or expedite work.

• Review and approve critical project documentation.

• People and Resources

• Manage project manpower and review resource plans.

• Provide mentorship and training to project team members.

• Promote safe behaviors and motivate teams.

• Construction

• Verify the completion of critical construction activities.

• Work closely with the Construction Manager to monitor productivity.

• Process Improvement Continuously explore ways to enhance project management processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction or engineering

• Knowledge of project management processes.

• Risk management and contractual knowledge.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Able to work under conditions

Working Condition:

Working Hour : Mon – Fri 7.30 – 17.00 and Sat 7.30 – 12.00
