Finance & Accounting Manager

atCrossmax Retail Co., Ltd.
  • Manage all accounting functions both in strategic level and day-to-day monitoring and supervision.
  • Prepare all kind of financial statements and provide analytical recommendations to top management.
  • Process and oversee AR/AP, billing, general ledger, payroll and utilities, capital assets reconciliations, account statement reconciliations, fixed asset activity.
  • Lead the annual audit process, prepare monthly VAT/PIT/CIT submission, and handle local tax matters.
  • Ensure timely submission to local authorities and management
  • Reviewing all account reconciliation at the end of each month and preparing correction entries.
  • Work with and build good relationship with internal and external auditors, Revenue Department and Vendors.
  • Lead and develop accounting team to deliver tasks according to business target.
  • Improve and implement internal controls
  • Oversee office procurement and perform general administrative work
  • Other assignments from managements.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 5 years working experience in AP, AR or GL functions.
  • Computer skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with ERP system will be an advantage
  • Team play and able to work independently in startup
