Job Description:

1. Labelling: Create, review and approve import labels for all products (both food and nonfood) before launching. Also arrange for Laboratory testing in case the product requires Nutrition Information.

2. Supplier assessment and provide audit report: for register to approved vender list

3. Create product specifications: for import items, also approve and monitor product quality (including arranging laboratory testing).

4. Manage and control quality issues: incoming inspection at DC, handle and coordinate with buyer and supplier

5. Handle complaints from customers: identify root causes and solve the issues.

6. Provide solution: Communicate to find solutions with QA-HO, QC, Buyers and Manufacturer (in English), to agree on special product acceptance.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in science or related field

2. At least 5-7 years as QA & RD & RA

3. Strong understanding of FDA regulations e.g., Food etc.

4. Excellent negotiation, communication, organizational, project management and interpersonal skills

5. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision making.

6. Strong ethical and compliance orientation.

7. Language Proficiency e.g. English TOEIC score above 650
