Structural Designer (Assistant/Manager)

as detail below;

Location:

Yannawa, Sathorn, Bangkok

Working:

Monday - Friday / 8.00-17.00

Condition: Permanent

Base Salary:

depending on experience and level

Assistant Manager:

THB 45,000 – 65,000 THB + Transportation 4,000 THB

Manager:

THB 67,000 – 96,000 THB + Transportation 4,000 THB + Telephone 800 THB

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee structural design activities for construction projects.

Review and approve structural drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.

Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and regulations.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Drive design improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and project outcomes.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

Minimum

10 years of experience

in

structural design

for residential buildings, high-rise buildings, factories, or warehouses.

Experience in structural design, including

foundation/pile systems and structural elements

Strong knowledge of

Thai building codes, construction regulations, and engineering standards

Experience in

building projects

such as houses, high-rise buildings, factories, and warehouses.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, and STAADPRO.

Strong in English communication.

Valid Professional Engineer (PE) License (สามัญวิศวกร) is required.
