New Business Development Manager (HVAC&R)

Salary:

80,000 - 100,000 THB.

Bangkok

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business opportunities across ASEAN & Oceania for HVAC&R, refrigeration, and related solutions.

• Collaborate with regional teams and affiliates to develop business strategies, manage cross-border projects, and build strategic partnerships.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis, business case development, feasibility studies, and financial evaluations.
• Explore emerging technologies and new markets while monitoring project progress and reporting to management.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or project management within the

HVAC&R

industry.

• Strong knowledge of business development, commercialization, stakeholder management, and financial analysis.
• Good command of both English and Japanese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, financial modeling, data analysis, presentation, and project management.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
