Job description

Responsible for manages and controls the month-end account closing process for the Company. Ensures accurate and timely financial reports of both the Statutory and Corporate Coordinate with Shared Services and cross function to ensure accurate and timely month-end closing and financial statement Maintains and improves financial control by establishing a chart of accounts; defines accounting procedures and internal control processes; and ensures that all procedures are in compliance with Financial Corporate Policies and Procedures Manages and control direct and indirect tax for the company, deals with the tax authorities related to the tax matters, actively advise on tax matters. Deals with internal and external auditors in the auditing of accounting activities of the Company. Participates actively in process improvements; and leads and directs activities related to improvements as needed Perform other assignments from supervisor Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Masters degree is preferred. A minimum of 15 years of relevant working experience is required. Good leadership skills with Strong sense of ownership and accountability Good team management skills to bring the Finance team together and align in the right direction Strong interpersonal skill, communication, dynamic, Well planning and result-oriented Energetic, Hands-on, Working under higher pressure and deadline, Self-motivation Good Command of Spoken and Written in English
