Payroll Officer
atCloudForce HR Co., Ltd.ดูแลให้บริการทางการจัดทำเงินเดือน ประมาณผล สรุป รีพอร์ต ตรวจสอบตัวเลข ตรวจสอบ ข้อมูลเอกสารต่างๆ เรียนรู้การใช้งานโปรแกรมคำนวนเงินเดือน ภาษี และอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ติดต่อประงานลูกค้า และภายในทีมองค์กร
- ตรวจสอบข้อมูล
- ใช้ระบบซอฟแวร์คำนวนภาษี เงินเดือน เงินได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- รอบคอบในเรื่อง เอาข้อมูลเข้าระบบ
- สามารถทำงานอยู่ดึก ค่ำ ได้ ( มีค่า กะ โอที ทำงานล่วงเวลา )
- เป็นคนสนุสนาน คิดบวก
- ทนต่อแรงต้าน ความกดดันในเนื้อหา หน้าที่ของงาน
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น ทำงานกันอย่างเป็นทีมได้
- Aged 22 - 35 years old .
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting or related fields.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in handling payroll , compensation and benefits.
- Basic knowledge of personal income tax requirements , social security fund and provident fund.
- Effective communication to internal and external parties.
- Knowledge of Excel / Vlookup / Pivot.
- Able to start working immediately will be an advantage.
- คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร:
- อายุ 22 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลบัญชีหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปีในการจัดการรายงานเงินเดือน ค่าตอบแทน และสวัสดิการ
- ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดา , กองทุนประกันสังคมและกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ
- การสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพกับบุคคลภายในและภายนอก
- ทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์: Excel / Vlookup / Pivot
- สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
