Position: E-Commerce Executive (Intern)

Department: CEO Office

Responsibilities and Duties:

Website Operation

• Learn and assist in website management, including updating product and store information to drive sales.

• Utilize online tools like Canva and Shopify to enhance the storefront's visual appeal and functionality.

• Collaborate with the team to execute designs and backend operations for e-commerce websites.

Inventory Management

• Support inventory management tasks by maintaining accurate product and order records in e-commerce and marketplace systems.

• Ensure data integrity and update stock information to optimize sales performance.

• Leverage Excel for data entry and analysis to streamline inventory processes.

SKILLS, COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year university student.

• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with online tools such as Canva or Shopify (prior experience is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of Excel for data organization and analysis.

• Quick learner with a keen interest in e-commerce and online business operations.

• Strong team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Open to guidance and eager to grow through hands-on experience.
