About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to help evolve our platform from a strong foundation into a scalable, secure, enterprise-grade SaaS product. You will work directly with company leadership, product owners, and transformation experts to build capabilities that enable organizations to manage some of their most critical business transformation programs. This role goes beyond feature development. You will play a meaningful role in architecture decisions, platform scalability, security design, AI integration strategy, and engineering best practices.

Key responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack functionality across frontend and backend systems

• Deliver capabilities for transformation planning, portfolio management, governance, change management, capability building, and value realization

• Build reusable, maintainable, well-tested application components

• Contribute to platform architecture and long-term technology decisions

• Improve application performance, scalability, reliability, observability, and security

• Help establish engineering standards, code review practices, testing discipline, and development workflows

• Design and implement robust multi-tenant enterprise SaaS patterns

• Enhance and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) and implement entity-level permissions and row-level security models

• Develop APIs, backend services, event-driven workflows, and platform integrations

• Collaborate on AI-powered workflow orchestration and agent-based capabilities

About you

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a record of shipping production SaaS applications

• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js, or a comparable modern JavaScript/TypeScript stack

• Experience designing scalable backend services, APIs, integrations, and relational data models

• Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture, RBAC, entity permissions, row-level security, authentication, and authorization

• Sound knowledge of secure software development, testing, version control, deployment, and operational practices

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

• Ability to work directly with founders and leadership in a lean, fast-moving environment

• Self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to balance speed with engineering quality

• Preferred: Experience with AI agents, LLM integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, or workflow automation

• Preferred: Experience building B2B enterprise software or configurable platform products
