- จัดทำ Invoice ขายในประเทศหรือต่างประเทศ พร้อมทั้งบันทึกบัญชี
- บันทึกบัญชีเกี่ยวกับการรับชำระหนี้จากลูกหนี้
- จัดทำรายงานภาษีขาย (ภพ.30) ทุกเดือน และอื่นๆ
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารการจ่ายเงินก่อนจัดทำเช็คจ่ายในกรณีต่าง ๆ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงิน
- ตรวจสอบการคำนวณและการอนุมัติต่างๆตลอดจนตรวจสอบความถูกต้องกับกฎระเบียบและข้อบังคับของบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บันทึกการจ่ายเงินจากใบสำคัญจ่ายเช็คพร้อมกับตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง
- จัดเก็บใบสำคัญจ่ายเช็คเรียงตามเลขที่ใบสำคัญจ่ายให้สามารถอ้างอิงได้สะดวกรวดเร็วในภายหลัง
- บันทึกบัญชีสำหรับการซื้อ จัดทำสรุปยอดในสมุดรายวันซื้อ และจัดทำใบสำคัญทั่วไป พร้อมทั้งบันทึกบัญชีที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกสิ้นเดือน
คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร
- อายุ 25-35 ปี - รู้กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นอย่างดี ถ้าเคยมีประสบการณ์กับบริษัทจีนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีสาขาบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีอย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ดูแลเรื่องภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน AR, AP, GL และทักษะการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ใน MS Office (Excel, Word) และโปรแกรมบัญชี
- มีทักษะในการพูดอ่านและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ถ้าพูดภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
