Government Relations Specialist
atChalermnakorn Co., Ltd.• Inspector land for allocation and development (Due diligence)
• Transfer of ownership, cadastral survey, land boundaries, coordinate with Government authorities that related with project for horizontal line and vertical line.
• Prepare document for EIA approval as required to Division Environment Impact Assessment development
• Apply permit for building construction including low rise and high rise.
• Apply for registration of condominium and land allocation.
• Apply for Meter Installation (Electric, Water) and House registration.
• Other assign from direct management.
