OBJECTIVES

To manage, lead and

direct entire IRC team members (Service Consultant, Technical Specialist,

Technicians, Body & Paint Consultant, Administrative staff, In-house

contractors & etc.) to ensure the achievement of IRC Intakes, Sales,

Productivity and Quality of Vehicle Recondition.

To ensure smooth day to day management and operations

of the IRC and to comply to company standard operations guidelines and

policies.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Train, motivate, and

lead IRC teams to achieve set objectives and targets.

Maintain contact with B2C to obtain

Retail and Consumer feedback regarding product/service quality.

Resolving used car problem and issues

in IRC.

Supervise the operations of IRC

teams to ensure set targets are met.

Develop and implement strategies

effective for ensuring vehicle recondition meet quality standard and increased

delivery intakes.

Liaise with related

parties/departments to discuss business plans necessary for enhancing sales

performance.

Develop and optimize

support and service processes, tools, and systems.

Maintain an up-to-date

knowledge of job operations by conducting research and participating in

educational programs

Provide periodic

reports to management on all IRC activities

Ensure compliance with

all general and company policies when carrying out job duties.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor or Master degree in

Automotive Engineering

related course

Minimum experience 5 years in Automotive After Sales experience as Manager especially

in Body & Paint section

Good command in English with strong

in influence people from operation to the Top Management.

Good interpersonal relationship

and communication skills

Good mechanical skills

and leadership/operations skills.

nowledge of

various tools, equipment and procedures in workshops for troubleshooting and

repairing vehicles will have an added advantage.

Good team player with

good social, working in collaborations and diversity environment.

Able to work in a

fast-paced environment.

Proven data with track

record

Able to work

independently and with a good working attitude and business acumen.
