We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical guidance and support to dealers, improve repair quality, and assist in resolving complex vehicle issues. 🎯 What you'll be doing
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to dealer service centers.
- Assist dealers in diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle issues.
- Monitor technical repair quality and after-sales service standards.
- Conduct technical investigations and root cause analysis.
- Support technical training and knowledge-sharing programs.
- Coordinate with HQ and engineering teams on technical concerns.
- Prepare technical reports and service improvement recommendations.
- Support dealer audits and technical assessments. ✅ What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in automotive technical support, service engineering, or after-sales operations.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Able to travel frequently.
- Chinese language skills are an advantage.
