Job Purpose
- ปฎิบัติงานวางแผนงาน ทีมงาน และควบคุมดูแลงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในไลน์และนอกไลน์การผลิตของโรงงาน
- ปฎิบัติงานในหลักการของ WCM เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของ KPI ที่โรงงานกำหนด
Key Responsibities and Activities
- ซ่อมบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักตามแผน
- ร่วมมือ และสนับสนุนในการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหากับส่วนงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ควบคุมการปฎิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้สอดคร้องตามกฎระเบียบและวิธีปฎิบัติ
- ฝึกอบรม ให้คำแนะนำผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาได้รับทราบวิธีการปฎิบัติงานให้ถูกต้อง
- ประสานงานกับคลังสินค้าและผลิตในการเบิกวัสดุสนับสนุนการผลิตเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับแผนงาน
- ควบคุมและลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการซ่อมบำรุงและพลังงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี สาขา วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล/อุตสาหการ/ไฟฟ้า
สถานที่ปฎิบัติงาน : โรงงานอาหารภายใต้เครือเบทาโกร อ.พัฒนานิคม จ.ลพบุรี
