About the role:

As an IE Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing factory operations, designing efficient production systems, and driving continuous improvement to ensure high-quality and cost-effective manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan factory layouts, equipment arrangements, and production line designs for efficient operations.
• Implement lean production systems, including 5S, visual management, TPM, and VSM.
• Develop and optimize production processes and standards to support new product launches and stable mass production.
• Evaluate production capacity, analyze cycle times, and optimize line balancing to enhance efficiency.
• Design flexible production lines to adapt to product and order changes, improving market responsiveness.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new projects, production line upgrades, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in lean production tools (5S, Visual Management, TPM, VSM) with hands-on experience in process improvement.
• Experience in factory layout design, logistics optimization, and production capacity management.
• Skilled in designing flexible production lines and optimizing production efficiency.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Fluency in Chinese or English for effective communication and collaboration.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
