Sr. Demand & Supply Planning (Egg and Fish)
atBetagro PCLRoles & Responsibilities:
Livestock Planning & Scheduling
Develop and manage livestock production plans across Yearly, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly, and Daily horizons.
Ensure optimal livestock availability aligned with farm capacity, market demand, and operational targets.
Continuously review and adjust plans to minimize risk and maximize productivity.
Farm Production Performance Monitoring
Monitor farm production performance against defined KPIs (productivity, mortality, growth rate, feed efficiency, etc.).
Analyze variances and identify root causes for underperformance.
Prepare regular performance reports, root cause analysis, and action needed.
Execution & Operational Control
Drive, adjust, and monitor daily farm operations to ensure compliance with Budget and the Optimization Guide under current and changing conditions.
Implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Cross -Functional Coordination
Coordinate closely with key stakeholders (Supply Chain, Farm operations, factory) to achieve plans.
Align livestock production plans with upcoming livestock requirements and business demand.
Support smooth execution of production cycles through proactive communication and planning.
Coordinate with Livestock, Sourcing and suppliers on improvement plans to meet company quality and operational standards.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree : Supply Chain Management/Operation Management, Industrial Engineering, Animal Science
10-15 Years experiences for Livestock Planning & Scheduling, Farm Production Performance Monitoring, Execution & Operational Control
