Role Description:

We are looking for hands-on software developers, having expertise in in developing and improving both the front-end (UI) and back-end (server-side)components of applications. This includes designing the user interface, ensuring alignment with web design and user experience requirements, optimizing webpages for maximum efficiency, and developing server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power the application. They create a functional, seamless experiencefor the end-user. They also study industry trends, create or improve back-end processes and codes, and work with others to design a better program.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members to code and develop dynamic and robust applications to meet the project requirements.

Create, revise and review technical designs to meet project requirements.

Enhance and maintain existing software applications.

Develop technical specifications and estimations for product features.

Work along internal & vendor developer-colleagues to build great applications.

Troubleshoot production issues in a timely manner.

Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fields.

Min 3 years of experience in software development from a reputed company or a startup, preferably in platform setup, product setup and scale.

Strong knowledge of ReactJS, NodeJS, SQL, Typescript, design patterns.

Good understanding of CI/CD, unit tests, end-to-end tests, load tests.

Experience in Cloud (Azure, Google, AWS), docker and Kubernetes is preferred.

Work experience in Agile methodology is preferred.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Believes working in a team environment and receiving constructive feedback from the team and senior management.

Can do attitudes with a good service mind.

Able to work as a team and individual.

Receive constructive feedback from the team and senior management

Good command of spoken and written English is preferred.
