Key Responsibilities and Duties

Plan and implement Employee Engagement and Employer Branding projects.

Organize activities to build relationships, unity, and employee participation.

Manage internal communication and produce various public relations materials.

Conduct employee opinion and satisfaction surveys and utilize the results for improvement.

Promote organizational culture and values.

Oversee employee welfare, quality of life, and well-being.

Coordinate with various departments and monitor project progress to achieve objectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communication Arts, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in Employee Engagement, HRD (Human Resources Development), or organizing employee activities.

Knowledge of HR, Employee Experience, Internal Communication, and Employee Branding.

Proficiency in communication, coordination, event organizing, and project management skills.

Ability to analyze data and employee survey results.

Proficient in MS Office, Canvas, and various digital tools.

Creative thinking and ability to work collaboratively with others.
