วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน (Job Purpose)
  • สนับสนุนการดำเนินการของโครงการ/กิจกรรม CSR เครือเบทาโกร
  • รับผิดชอบและสนับสนุนการดำเนินการของมูลนิธิในเครือเบทาโกร
ความรับผิดชอบหลักและกิจกรรม (Key Responsibities and Activities)
1. งานCSR
  • จัดทำแผนการติดตามงาน/กิจกรรม CSR ประจำภูมิภาค
  • จัดระบบการบันทึกและรวบรวมข้อมูลกิจกรรม CSR
2. งานมูลนิธิ
  • จัดทำระบบการเงินและบัญชีภายในมูลนิธิ
  • จัดทำแผนการติดตามงาน/กิจกรรมของมูลนิธิ
  • รับผิดชอบการสื่อสาร ช่องทาง email และ facebook ของมูลนิธิ
  • รับผิดชอบโครงการสายธารน้ำใจ (เปิดรับบริจาคภายใน เพื่อช่วยเหลือเพื่อนพนักงาน)
3. อื่นๆ
  • งาน admin และ อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
การศึกษา (Education)
วุฒิการศึกษา : ป.ตรี
สาขาวิชา : การจัดการ (สาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ด้านพัฒนาสังคม)

ประสบการณ์การทำงาน (Experiences)
ประสบการณ์ : 2-3 ปี
ทางด้าน : การจัดการทั่วไป

คุณสมบัติของตำแหน่ง (Job Specification)
เพศ : ไม่จำกัด
อายุ : 25-32 ปี

ความรู้ (Knowledge)
  • สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ขั้นพื้นฐาน
  • มีความเข้าใจเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับงานเพื่อสังคม
คุณลักษณะประจำตำแหน่ง ( Attribute)
  • มีจิตสาธารณะ เสียสละ
  • ทักษะการสื่อสาร ใจเย็น
  • ทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีม
  • มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และ รอบคอบ
ทักษะ / ความชำนาญ (Skill/Expertise)
ภาษาไทย (อ่านได้ดี, เขียนจดหมายราชการได้, สื่อสารระดับดี)
ภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน (สามารถหาข้อมูลได้แบบง่ายๆ)
คอมพิวเตอร์: MS Office, Photoshop พื้นฐาน (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
