รายละเอียดของงาน
- ทำการตลาดให้ตรงกลุ่มเป้าหมายของผลิตภัณฑ์เบเกอรี่และขนมอบโดยมีการเลือกใช้ช่องทางในการโปรโมทและข้อความที่ใช้ในการสื่อสารที่ตรงใจผู้บริโภค
- พัฒนากลยุทธ์ใช้สื่อโฆษณาออนไลน์เพื่อส่งเสริมการขายและลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ผ่านทุกช่องทางออนไลน์ของบริษัท
- วางแผนและดำเนินการการจัดซื้อสื่อการตลาดออนไลน์ เช่น Google ads, Instagram, Facebook ads, และปรับ Ads conversionได้
- ตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมและความถูกต้องของสื่อ และโฆษณาออนไลน์ ควบคู่กับการประเมินผลของแคมเปญเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
- คิดและเสนอไอเดีย Content / Social Media / Creative ในการทำแคมเปญการตลาดออนไลน์
- ทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ Data analytics ประมวลผลประสิทธิภาพของสื่อออนไลน์และพัฒนาปรับปรุงกลยุทธ์
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหาร
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาใดก็ได้ หากจบสาขาการตลาดจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความซื่อสัตย์ รับผิดชอบ ละเอียดรอบคอบ ขยัน รักการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเอง
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีใจรักการบริการ สามารถเรียนรู้ ปรับตัวในสถานการณ์กดดันได้
- ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและเป้าหมายที่ท้าทายได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดดิจิตอล การประชาสัมพันธ์ การสร้างภาพลักษณ์แบรนด์สินค้าและบริการ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
