We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented lawyer to join our Land & Real Estate team. The successful candidate will engage in various legal activities related to real estate, providing essential support and expertise to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Conducting real estate due diligence. Performing legal research on topics related to real estate development, including land allocation, commercial and residential buildings, factories, ports, etc., and providing concise opinions to clients. Drafting contracts related to real estate and machinery, such as lease agreements and service agreements. Offering legal opinions on real estate-related matters. Liaising with government authorities for registration and informational purposes. Ensuring legal compliance. Performing additional tasks as assigned by Partners or senior lawyers. Qualifications: LL.B. or LL.M. with a solid knowledge of law. Fresh graduates with a strong eagerness to work are welcome. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly analytical with a strong attention to detail. Good command of written and spoken English. Ability to travel and stay overnight outside of Bangkok for work (possession of a vehicle is not required).
