Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work as a team and remote in all phases of business and executive group operations, including but not limited to the following:\

  • Planning and preparations of clients’ projects by coordinating with our team, and providers.
  • Quality control is of utmost importance,
  • Take initiative to resolve operational problems quickly and efficiently

Responsibilities / Ticketing process:

  • Knowledge of Amadeus; rules and methods for ticket sales and distribution
  • Processing ticket orders for a variety of clients
  • Providing above average customer service
  • Writing and communicating with both individual and corporate levels.
  • Good skill in negotiating ticket price and credit terms with suppliers
  • Any other duties as required within the operation team.

Responsibilities / Visa process:

  • Good knowledge and experience on visa processing for various countries.
  • To deal professionally with consulates and visa processing centers for making online /telephonic appointments.
  • Co-coordinating with clients on a regular basis for their visa submissions and collections.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a corporate clients environment is a must.
  • Experience in visa issuance and air tickets
  • Verification of documents basis the SOP with 100% accuracy.
  • Strong capacity to work without supervision.
  • Prior budget and cost management experience is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor Degree in related fields
  • Excellent communication skills both over the phone and in person.
  • Available to travel on a regular basis and occasional nights and weekends..
  • Proficient in both British and American English.
