Job Brief

 We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the process engineering. The successful candidate will be able to independently lead engineering part of the project to completion and perform coordination with other disciplines.

Responsibilities

·       Prepare / Review of PFDs, P&IDs.

·       Perform / Review of process calculations, instrument sizing, Equipment sizing i.e., heat & mass balance, safety valve sizing, storage tank sizing etc.

·       Ability to prepare report of Operating and Control philosophy, hydraulic calculation report, and process design basis.

·       Work and monitor progress compliance with project schedule and requirements.

·       Able to use of CAD software such as AutoCAD is required.

Experience with below points are an Advantage

·       Familiar with utility system design such as steam, hot water, boiler, air instrument, cooling water, drainage system, fume extraction system and waste treatment, vacuum system.  

·       Able to use of Autodesk P&IDs.

·       Experience in process solid calculation.

·       1 or 2 years in process operation.

·       Advance process calculation such as design of venting network, drainage network, pipe heat loss, tank heat loss, pipe insulation thickness etc.

Qualifications

 ·       7+ years in practical of process design firm (Oil & Gas, chemical Industrial, food).

·       BS in Chemical Engineering is required. Masters is preferred.

·       PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred.

·       Excellent in oral and written communication skills required (TOEIC score 650+).
