Senior Executive, Key Account Management (E-Commerce and Social Commerce)

As a Senior Executive, Key Account at AnyMind Thailand, you will play a pivotal role in managing key client relationships and driving their e-commerce success. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned brand accounts, from initial onboarding and contract negotiation to ongoing account management and performance optimization.


What You'll Do

Brand Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand client business objectives and develop customized e-commerce strategies.


Operations & Execution:

  • Manage all aspects of account operations, including contract management, invoicing, and order fulfillment.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans, including awareness campaigns, conversion strategies, and social media initiatives.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables.
  • Oversee customer retention and contract renewal efforts.


E-commerce Expertise:

  • Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends and best practices in the Thai market.
  • Leverage your knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces in Thailand to optimize client performance.
  • Provide guidance on e-commerce operations, including product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and customer service.


Content & Creative:

  • Brief internal teams (e.g., creative, content) on campaign requirements.
  • Provide input on creative concepts for advertisements, shop decorations, and other marketing materials.


Live Commerce:

  • Manage live commerce operations, including script confirmation, product receiving, and order fulfillment.


Logistics & Fulfillment:

  • Coordinate product shipments between clients and fulfillment centers.


Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing team (AS Team) to optimize advertising campaigns.


Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management or a related field
  • Must have knowledge of AI adaptation in the job.
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles and developing marketing campaigns
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Relevant professional certifications (preferred)

  • Navigating Dynamic Platform Ecosystems: Effectively managing and optimizing operations across multiple, evolving e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and future additions) requires continuous adaptation to platform-specific rules, features, and algorithms.
  • Balancing Team Management with Hands-On Operations: Leading a large D2C & EC Operations team (10+ members) while also being deeply involved in developing processes, executing business plans, and overseeing day-to-day activities demands strong delegation, prioritization, and operational expertise.
  • Ensuring Seamless Cross-Functional Collaboration: Successfully optimizing brand performance and customer experience hinges on effective collaboration with diverse internal teams (marketing, sales, logistics, graphic design) and external partners, which can be complex to coordinate.
  • Staying Ahead of E-commerce Trends: The rapid evolution of social and live commerce requires constant vigilance and proactive exploration of new strategies to maintain brand presence and competitive advantage in these emerging areas.
  • Driving Growth Amidst Intense Competition: Achieving ambitious business growth and KPIs for assigned brands in a competitive e-commerce landscape necessitates innovative promotional campaigns, efficient operations, and strong affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and conversions.
