What You'll Do

Social Media Management:

• Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for AnyMind's social media channels, including Facebook and TikTok.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, track key metrics, and generate reports.
• Engage with followers through comments, replies, and direct messages.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.

Content Creation:

• Assist in the creation of various content formats, including videos, images, and written copy.
• Contribute to the development of social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and employee engagement.

Event Support:

• Provide logistical and administrative support for external events and conferences.
• Assist with on-site event coordination and execution.
• Gather and analyze event data for post-event reports.

General Marketing Support:

• Assist with other marketing communications projects as needed, such as press releases, media monitoring, and website updates.

Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing and digital communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and innovative with a strong eye for detail.
• Proficient in using social media platforms and relevant software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, video editing tools).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
