We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Analyst to join our team, with a primary focus on our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) business. In this vital role, you will be the primary support for our customers regarding compensation management, ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations. You will play a key part in maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting our D2C financial health by ensuring accuracy in rebate and incentive calculations, and by monitoring overall sales and trade spend performance.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with Finance and suppliers to validate and reconcile all compensation claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal finance teams to validate and process trade claims, marketing fund usage, and other forms of compensation efficiently.
• Generate regular brand compensation reports (monthly/quarterly) to claim applicable rebates, incentives, and marketing funds.
• Track and consolidate brand trade terms, including pricing, rebate structures, and promotional commitments.
• Monitor overall sales, purchase, and trade spend performance to ensure business profitability.
• Support in analyzing sales data and trade spend to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and margin impact.
• Collaborate with FMCG brand partners to effectively execute trade agreements and commercial activity.

Who You Are

• • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 1 years of experience in sales support, key account coordination, or trade marketing (FMCG or distribution industry preferred).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) and comfortable working with numbers.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
