• What will be your responsibilities?
• You are the highly positive liaison between the customers and our sport professionals
• You will be handling reservations from start to finish
• You are the voice of the company and will be the first point of contact for clients (via phone, emails and live-chat)
• You will smoothly handle special requests and resolve complaints with your incredible problem solving skills
• You will be involved in bettering the quality of our processes in an every changing and fast paced environment

• What skills do you need?
• You speak English fluently
• You have Excellent written and verbal skills : you are extremely clear, direct, timely (yet empathetic)
• You are 100% client focused and have good sales skills
• You can work autonomously and take initiatives
• You are available full time and flexible with the work schedule
• You have prior experience in a client focused environment
• You must have the ability to multitask; listening, inputting data, providing solutions, navigating through various screens while applying customer satisfaction techniques
• You must be familiar with IT, web technologies and the Office pack (excel)
