Domestic Sales Admin
at21 Sun Passion Co., Ltd.- Coordinate and process domestic sales orders, including order entry, invoicing, and delivery tracking. 2. Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, pricing, and order history in the system. 3. Communicate and follow up with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules. 4. Collaborate with relevant departments such as logistics, accounting, and production to ensure timely order fulfillment. 5. Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries. 6. Handle sales-related documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, and credit notes. 7. Provide administrative support for sales campaigns, customer promotions, and events. 8. Support in resolving order or delivery-related issues in a timely and professional manner. 9. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures. 10. Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Sales Manager or Sales Director.
