Production Engineer (Rubber Seal)

Location: Bang Pa-In Factory, Thailand

Job Descriptions:

Process Design & Optimization: Develop, standardize, and optimize production processes and machine parameters for new and existing rubber seal models.

Engineering Change & Document Control: Manage Drawing distribution/recalls, ECN implementation, and accurate BOM structures to prevent inventory discrepancies.

Quality & NPI (New Product Introduction): Control PPAP deliverables, temporary process changes, and trial runs to ensure full compliance with customer specifications.

Continuous Improvement: Lead Kaizen initiatives and root-cause analysis to improve yield, efficiency, and process stability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Production, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

Experience: 1-2 years in production or process engineering (Experience in rubber, sealing, or automotive parts manufacturing is a strong plus).

Technical Skills: Knowledge of BOM management, Drawing interpretation, ECN/PPAP processes, and Kaizen principles.

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CAD or ERP systems is an advantage.

Languages: Good command of English.
