They are now looking for a Business Development Manager. This position will report directly to the Business Development Director.

• Lead the project and be the contact point for the property development matters.
• Control and maintain project timeline and key activities and milestone and solve problems when project gets delay.
• Forecast all expenses and invoicing for the projects.
• Control costs to be in line with the budget and monitor Bill of Quantity.
• Maintain quality and safety management to comply with a standard for Quality and Safety at site.
• Define and drive strategies for more effective project execution, reduce non-conformance cost.
• Coordinate and carry out monthly review of the projects and provide reports to the management.
• Perform project closing and evaluation.
• Supervise and coach consultants and vendors to ensure the best outcome delivered.
• Control and monitor project procurement for the best negotiated price and within the right time.
• Assign tasks to and control the quality of work and timeline of contractors, consultants, advisors.
• Network, manage relationship, and work with property companies, stakeholders, contractors, consultants, advisors, infrastructure providers, and regulators

• Thai Nationality
• Age 30-45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Equivalent
• At least 8 years' work experience from Real Estate companies, Engineering, contracting firms, and mixed-used properties
• Strong computer skills (MS-Office, AutoCAD and Ms. Project.)
• Certificate, Professional Qualification, Project Management Certificate is a plus
• Good management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication in written and spoken English
