Job Purpose

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Representatives / Sales Executives to support our growth in the Paint & Coating, Plastic & Polymer, Lubricant, and Construction industries. In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and promote specialty chemical solutions that help customers improve product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities within assigned industries and territories.

• Visit customers regularly to identify their needs and recommend suitable chemical products and solutions.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales Support, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.

• Prepare sales forecasts, customer visit reports, and regular performance updates.

• Participate in product training, supplier meetings, exhibitions, and other business development activities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science or other Science-related disciplines is required.

Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in chemical distribution, industrial products, manufacturing, or related technical industries will be an advantage.

Experience in one or more of the following industries will be an advantage:

• Paint & Coating Chemicals

• Plastic, Polymer & Composite Materials

• Specialty Chemicals & Additives

Skills:

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of both Thai and English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• CRM/ERP/SAP experience will be an advantage.

Mobility:

• A valid driving license and own vehicle is required.

• Willing to travel frequently for customer visits.
