The
Regional Supply Chain Excellence Manager
is responsible for leading and optimizing the Turf & Irrigation Regional Supply Chain function across multiple countries. The role oversees inventory planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, supply chain governance, and continuous improvement activities while driving strategic transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve working capital performance, and strengthen supply chain capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the regional supply chain transformation strategy aligned with business goals.
Optimize inventory, working capital, and stock performance across the region.
Drive strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier management, and cost optimization.
Improve logistics and warehouse operations to enhance efficiency and service levels.
Lead digital supply chain initiatives, including SAP optimization and process automation.
Monitor supply chain performance through data analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
Ensure governance, compliance, and effective supply chain risk management.
Develop high-performing teams through coaching, capability building, and continuous improvement.
Drive strategic initiatives to improve productivity, customer service, and business profitability.
Experience & Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management), CPIM (Certified in Planning and Inventory Management) / CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
PMP or Project Management Certification
SAP Certification
Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Operations.
Proven experience leading supply chain transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience managing regional or multi-country operations.
Strong knowledge of SAP and supply chain technologies.
Familiarity with hazardous substances management and regulatory requirements is advantageous.
