Sales Execution

• Active customer handling and acquisition of new customers for Hapag-Lloyd in order to ensure both volume and revenue meet budget
• Negotiate with customers and conclude business transactions considering, contributions, imbalances and payment conditions
• Monitor on short term basis the customer performance by using Hapag-Lloyd system
• Report market developments and competitors' activities to Sales Manager
• Evaluate customers potential for budget / forecast / trend / etc
• Manage complaints and exception
• Prepare Credit Application for management approval
• Handle Customer Relationship Management (CRM Tool)
• Other duties or Projects as assigned by management

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalents
• Minimum 3 years experiences in the sales and marketing field.
• Effective communicator, Fluent in English and Thai, both verbal and written.
• Receptivity and ability to grasp new ideas and motivation for self-development
• Required professional sales skill, strong service mind
• Positive attitude and be able to work well under pressure
• Ability to apply interpersonal skills effectively when relating to subordinates, peers and supervisors, thus enhancing work relationship
