Responsibilities

• Drive and manage small to medium-sized projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve processes and solutions.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to address technical challenges.
• Coordinate and work effectively with multiple teams to deliver project goals.
• Share knowledge and provide guidance to team members as needed.

Qualification

• Minimum 5 experience in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications.
• Ability to independently drive and manage small to medium-sized projects.
• Skilled in researching, evaluating, and adopting new technologies.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Proficient in Java and Node.js; Python is a plus.
• Familiar with React.js and Next.js is optional.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud components and ability to design cloud-based solutions.
• Self-motivated, strong problem-solving skills, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
