Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system analysis and design, as well as experience in software development and project management. The System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and designing complex systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new systems or enhance existing ones
• Identify and recommend solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to evaluate proposed solutions
• Create and maintain system documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user manuals
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of the system
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve our systems and processes
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis and design
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and project management methodologies
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
• Familiarity with database management and SQL
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluency in English and Thai is required
