This position responsibility is to welcome and greet guests, take care of incoming documents and visitors, and key-in the detail of incoming documents in the company program. We are looking for one who is detailed, service minded and hospitable with basic English communication ability. Fresh graduated is also welcomed. หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบตำแหน่งงานนี้คือ ต้อนรับผู้มาติดต่อ ดูแลเอกสารที่ส่งมาที่บริษัท และป้อนข้อมูลรายละเอียดเอกสารลงระบบของบริษัท เรากำลังมองหาผู้ที่มีใจรักบริการ ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และมีความสามารถทางภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้น โดยบริษัทยังต้อนรับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาใหม่เช่นกัน

• Answer all incoming calls and transfer the lines to concerned person (รับสายโทรศัพท์ที่ติดต่อเข้ามา และโอนสายให้ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
• Receive all incoming documents (รับเอกสารที่ส่งมาที่บริษัท)
• Input the detail of incoming documents in the company program (ป้อนข้อมูลรายละเอียดเอกสารที่ส่งมาลงในระบบของบริษัท)
• Greet and welcome incoming guests (ทักทาย และต้อนรับผู้มาติดต่อบริษัท)
• 5-days work per week (8.00-17.30) (ทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 5 วัน เวลา (8.00-17.30)

• Famale only, age 23-35 years old (เพศหญิง อายุ 23-35 ปี)
• Good personality (มีบุคลิกภาพดี)
• Service minded and hospitable (มีจิตใจรักการบริการ เป็นมิตร ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส)
• Basic ability to communicate in English (สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับเบื้องต้น)
• Fresh graduated is also welcomed (ยินดีต้อนรับผู้จบการศึกษาใหม่)
• Able to start work immediately (สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที)
