Ampacet (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a

Business Process Analyst - BPA (Accounting & Finance)

to join our growing technology and digital transformation team. This is a

full-time position

based in

Pluak Daeng, Rayong

In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing, optimizing, and improving our accounting and finance business processes. You will bridge the gap between business operations and technology solutions, ensuring our financial systems and workflows operate efficiently and effectively. This position is strategically important as it directly impacts the accuracy, speed, and reliability of our financial operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

Analyze current accounting and finance processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement

Document existing business processes through flowcharts, process maps, and detailed procedure documentation

Collaborate with accounting, finance, and IT departments to understand system requirements and business needs

Design and recommend optimized process workflows that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs

Support the implementation of process improvements and system changes, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption

Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to support process adoption across teams

Monitor and measure the performance of implemented changes against key performance indicators (KPIs)

Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation within accounting and finance functions

Liaise with finance software vendors and IT teams to ensure system configurations align with business requirements

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business process analysis, business analysis, or systems analysis roles

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial processes, and generally accepted accounting practices (GAAP)

Proven experience working with accounting and finance systems (such as ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)

Proficiency in business process modelling tools and documentation techniques

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of financial compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements is advantageous

Fluency in English is required for this role

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
